The International Sophrology Federation
The International Sophrology Federation (ISF) is a non-profit making organisation dedicated to advancing the Sophrology profession throughout the world, setting high professional standards and building a network of credentialed Sophrologists.
Sophrology is a series of easy physical and mental exercises, created specifically to provide a holistic method to successfully manage the speed and stress of modern life.
It is currently extremely popular in french speaking countries where it is widely used in business, schools, hospitals and sport. In France and Switzerland top level footballers, tennis players, skiers, clay pigeon shooters, etc employ sophrologists to build focus, concentration and mental stamina. Sophrology can be used to:

Energy Centre Sàrl, Geneva, Switzerland, is an officially recognised school and training centre, by ASCA (the Swiss Association for Complementary and Alternative Medicine). It is currently the only Sophrology School giving Sophrology Practitioner Diploma Courses in English.
The Sophrology taught at Energy Centre is called 'Sophro-ki®' to reflect the fact that although firmly rooted in the original Sophrology created by Prof Caycedo, it has been enriched, over our 20 years experience of teaching it, with NLP mind work, Coaching techniques, Tao energy work and Shamanic intuition exercises.
